Preform stand still manual regeneration of diesel particulate filter. Mass airflow still proved to be above spec. Remove upper and lower intercooler hoses to reveal clogged intercooler fins. Clean entire charge air system and reassemble. Air mass at idle corrected
Scan control module. Trouble shoot engine failure and limp home.. Finally after 50 miles of driving, the engine quit and found a bad mass airflow meter. Replace airflow meter and reprogram complete system.
